The Sanderson Sisters Are Back โ€” And Itโ€™s Pure Halloween Magic! ๐Ÿง™โ€โ™€๏ธโœจ

I just watched Hocus Pocus 3 (2025) and let me tell you โ€” the witches still got it! This third installment brings back all the spooky charm, campy humor, and Halloween magic that made the original a classic.

Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy return as the iconic Sanderson sisters, and they havenโ€™t missed a beat. The energy, the laughs, the chaotic witchy nonsense โ€” itโ€™s all there. This time, the story takes us to a new town with a new generation of teens who (of course) accidentally unleash the sisters once again. Youโ€™d think people would learn by now not to light creepy candles.

The movie does a great job blending nostalgia with fresh faces. The young cast is surprisingly solid, and the dynamic between old and new is super fun. There are some heartfelt moments too, which caught me off guard in the best way.

Visually, the film looks great โ€” colorful, spooky, and totally Halloween-core. The special effects are upgraded but still maintain that playful, whimsical vibe. Also, the musical number? Absolute perfection.

Sure, itโ€™s a little silly and over-the-top, but thatโ€™s exactly what you want from Hocus Pocus. It doesnโ€™t take itself too seriously, and thatโ€™s why it works.

Rating: 8/10 โ€“ A wickedly fun sequel thatโ€™s perfect for a Halloween movie night. The sisters still rule the spooky season! ๐ŸŽƒ
