The plot centers on Joe Armstrong, an orphan with a mysterious background, who serves in the U.S. Army stationed in the Philippines. While escorting a military convoy, Joe and his comrades fall victim to a deadly ambush orchestrated by ninjas working for the corrupt arms dealer, Victor Ortega.

As Joe bravely confronts the ninjas single-handedly, suspicions arise among his superiors and fellow soldiers regarding his past and martial arts expertise. Fortunately, Joe gains a valuable ally in Curtis Jackson (played by Steve James), a fellow soldier and martial artist. Together, they uncover a sinister conspiracy involving the kidnapping of military personnel and the trafficking of weapons on the black market. In a thrilling climax, Joe must confront the leader of the ninja clan, Black Star Ninja, to dismantle Ortega’s criminal empire.
