Blended 2 (2025) Adam Sandler, Drew Barrymore

Title: “Blended 2 is the heartwarming chaos we didn’t know we needed in 2025”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5)
Who would’ve thought that after more than a decade, Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore could still recapture that charming, chaotic family energy? Blended 2 delivers just the right mix of slapstick humor, awkward parenting moments, and genuinely touching scenes that made the original a cult favorite.
This time, Jim (Sandler) and Lauren (Barrymore) navigate the mayhem of blending not only their now-teenage kids but also their extended families—exes, in-laws, and even step-grandparents. The chaos unfolds during a disastrous yet hilarious family cruise that was supposed to “bring everyone closer.” Spoiler: it does… but not before several towel-animal fights, a misadventure involving a dolphin, and a surprise wedding that no one really approved of.
What stands out is the chemistry—Sandler and Barrymore still have it. Their timing is spot on, the jokes (while occasionally over-the-top) hit more often than they miss, and the film surprisingly sneaks in some heartfelt commentary about parenting older kids, second chances, and what it truly means to be a family.
It’s goofy, it’s sweet, and it’s exactly what you’d expect from a Sandler-Barrymore reunion—with a bit more emotional depth than expected. Definitely a fun watch for fans of the first movie.
