Immortals (2011)

Immortals (2011) is a visually stunning epic fantasy film directed by Tarsem Singh. Set in ancient Greece, the story follows Theseus (Henry Cavill), a mortal man chosen by Zeus (Luke Evans) to lead the fight against the ruthless King Hyperion (Mickey Rourke), who is waging a war to destroy humanity.

Hyperion seeks the powerful Epirus Bow, a weapon capable of unleashing the Titans from their prison, which could bring about the end of the gods and the world. Theseus, with the help of the Oracle Phaedra (Freida Pinto), must assemble a group of warriors to prevent Hyperion from obtaining the bow and fulfilling his destructive mission.

 

As Theseus battles against both Hyperionโ€™s army and the fury of the gods, he faces numerous trials, testing his courage and resolve. Along the way, he learns of his true destiny and the divine forces at play, ultimately leading to a final confrontation with Hyperion to determine the fate of the gods and mankind.
